Your preferences
1. What cookies are
Cookies are small text files that a website stores on your device. They let the site remember information between page views — for example, that you are signed in. Similar technologies such as local storage work in the same way and are covered by this page too.
2. Cookies we use
| Cookie | Purpose | Type | Duration |
|---|---|---|---|
| sb-…-auth-token | Keeps you securely signed in to the client portal or admin console and protects against request forgery. Set only when you sign in. | Strictly necessary | Session, refreshed while you are signed in |
| vsg_consent | Remembers the cookie choices you make on this page or in the consent panel. | Strictly necessary | 12 months |
| vs_chat, vs_chat_on | Keep your chat with our team open after you send a message through the contact form, so our replies reach you on this browser. vs_chat holds a private random key and cannot be read by page scripts; vs_chat_on only tells the page a chat exists. | Strictly necessary | 30 days from your message |
| NEXT_LOCALE | Remembers your language when the site offers more than one. | Strictly necessary (functional) | Up to 12 months |
| Analytics cookies | Would measure how visitors use the site so we can improve it. None are set unless you opt in, and none are currently in use. | Analytics (optional) | Up to 13 months |
We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies, and we do not allow third parties to place such cookies through our website.
3. Why strictly necessary cookies need no consent
Under the Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations, cookies that are strictly necessary to provide a service you have requested — such as signing you in securely — do not require consent. All other cookies require your prior, informed consent, which you can give or withdraw at any time using the controls on this page.
4. Managing cookies in your browser
You can also block or delete cookies through your browser settings. If you block strictly necessary cookies, you will not be able to sign in to the client portal. Clearing your cookies will also clear your saved preferences, and the consent panel will appear again on your next visit.
5. Changes
If we introduce new cookies — for example, analytics — we will update this page before they are used and ask for your consent where it is required.
